Regional SAS Conference 2017

A very successful, inspirational conference took place at Tankersley Manor on 6 October 2017 with over 100 SAS doctors/dentists attending. Evaluations show that most people found the speakers and workshops good or excellent. Many commented that the day had been “enjoyable”, “inspirational” and a “good to network with other colleagues”.  Thank you to those who gave suggestions for the next conference, they will be very helpful.

Winners of the inspirational photograph competition were:  1st: Ruth Griffin; 2nd: Nour Alshurbasi; 3rd: Ruwani Jayaweera. Prizes for these (£100, £60, £40) were kindly donated by Anne Johnston, BMA. Ros Roden also provided a prize for the best photograph - this was won by Debs Eastwood.
