Trainee Support.
AES and Clinical supervisors
You should endeavour to resolve local problems first with your clinical supervisors and AES. You will be meeting your AES at regular intervals during your placement, but in addition they should be contacted if you are having any problems.
An additional source of help maybe your hospital's training committee representative.
TPD for your level of training
If you feel unable to discuss a problem with those working within your institution or the issue remains unresolved then you should get in contact with the associate programme director for your level of training. The associate TPDs will be meeting regularly and reviewing trainees portfolios and discussing any areas of concern with Mr Haldipiur.
