Yorkshire & Humber School of Psychiatry Conference 2023

Registration

As in previous years, we are running an online registration scheme.

Registration has now closed as we have reached full capacity. We are sorry for any disappointment and we will be running a 'reserve list' as there are usually a handful of people who have to change plans and no longer attend. If you would like to be included on this list, please email the School mailbox with confirmation of your name, contact email address, current Trust and any dietary and/or access needs. If you are a doctor in training, please also include your current grade and, if you are a trainer, please also include your role with the School.

Programme 

The Conference programme is now published and is available at the foot of this page. An updated version will be published in early November with speaker biographies and a summary of posters that are being presented by fellow doctors in training. Registered attendees will be sent a copy in advance of the Conference date.

 

Posters

The Head of School is happy to accept poster submissions and these should be sent to the School mailbox by Tuesday 31st October.

 

Trainer of the Year Award

Anyone yet to submit a nomination for the above award is welcome to complete the nomination form (see foot of this page) and send to the School mailbox.

 

On the day

We will be contacting registered attendees nearer the Conference date with details of how to sign in on arrival. Additionally, for those who are intending to drive and park at the hotel, a parking permit will need to be obtained from the hotel reception on arrival. The hotel will not be able to provide these in advance. 

 

Feedback and Certificates 

We are planning to provide feedback form and attendance certificates via email on the day of the Conference or shortly thereafter.
