Training Scheme Committees

Most of the Core Psychiatry Training Schemes and Higher Specialties have their own SEC Meetings. SECs then report to the School Committee Meeting (SMC).

Please let your Core/Higher Trainee Representative know of any issues you wish to be discussed.

Trainee Representative Committee Meetings

Health Education England working across Yorkshire and the Humber Trainee Representative Committee meetings are held three times a year.  The HEYH Trainee Representative Committee meeting is attended by the Core and Higher Trainee Representatives and is a forum to discuss any training or work related problems.  It aims to offer support and guidance on how to take issues forward.  Any issues raised will then be brought up at the Psychiatry School Management Committee meetings (also three times a year) by the School Management Committee Trainee Representatives.

Next Meeting: TBC

School Management Committee Trainee Representatives will make every effort to disseminate information from the Psychiatry School Management Committee Meetings.
