This post offers a range of opportunities to develop skills in the nine dimensions of leadership behaviour. This post will give the Fellow specific opportunities to develop their own leadership style, develop relationships across the local system including with colleagues in the Integrated Care System and with regional and national organisations including HEE, NHSE, the RCGP, RCPCH and local Universities. It will provide opportunities to develop their skills in education, training and evaluation including quality assurance. It will allow the post holder to experience the challenges and opportunities of developing more integrated workflows to improve the patient. It will provide experience in working with multiple stakeholders including children and young people and families.
