An exciting opportunity has been established at YorkHospital to be part of leading the future of simulationeducation and training in Postgraduate Medical Education. A Simulation Leadership Fellow will work within the MedicalEducation Team, alongside our Simulation Lead and SeniorMedical Education Faculty to design, develop andimplement a Trust wide Simulation Strategy.The successful candidate will work alongside allspecialties, senior Clinicians, the Hull York Medical Schooland Multi-professional teams leading the way forwards inSimulation education and training.The post holder will also work alongside the MedicalEducation Technology team looking at advances intechnology for example the use of Media and technology insimulation to the use of 3D scanning and printing.This is a new role which enables the successful candidateto be a crucial part of shaping the future of MedicalEducation, learning new leadership skills and implementinga new strategy for York and Scarborough Hospitals.
