This is a new post working with Core Surgery Trainees and the Core Surgery Training programme to develop innovative interventions for teaching and training Non-Technical Skills.The post will be co-supervised by Head of School and a TPD who is an alumni of the FLP.The post will involve work across the region and across all trusts and offers an exciting opportunity for someone interested in developing surgical education and patient safety interventions.
