The Clinical Leadership Fellow (CLF) in Research andInnovation (R&I) will develop their leadership, knowledgeand skills to lead the development of a researchmentorship scheme for all staff including doctors, nurses,and all allied health professionals. This is aligned with theTrust R&I strategy towards making research an ‘alwaysevent’ at the Trust.
