Passionate about taking real action to increase equality, diversity and inclusion in public health leadership? Come and help the School of Public Health in Yorkshire & the Humber to understand (and start to implement) what is needed to make our training programmes as diverse as the communities we serve. We want to help more people with varied experiences, backgrounds and ideas to thrive as future leaders and do our bit to tackle the systematic injustices that make it harder for brilliant people to contribute as leaders. This post will develop a strategy for the school; starting with a needs assessment, building an alliance of enthusiastic partners and making recommendations for them to implement.
There will be fantastic opportunities to develop core leadership skills, supported by an experienced and supportive supervisor and wider team of allies within the school of public health and beyond.
Closing date: 16:00 on Fri 13 November 2020
