The post holder will work as part of a team to lead and innovate within a significant expansion of the postgraduate primary care inter-disciplinary education opportunity. The post holder will be able to form and pursue their vision within that remit, with the guidance of their educational supervisor. The post is suitable for healthcare professionals of any background including General Practice trainees, so long as they have an interest in progressing safe community-based care delivered by multidisciplinary teams. Subject to recruitment the post holders will work in cooperation with fellows in the other STP footprints across Yorkshire & the Humber to co-produce, develop and guide each other's ideas.
