This is an exciting opportunity for a fellow with an interest in Quality Improvement. Working across the trust, external organisations and with communities, the fellow will support the aim of the embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation, in line with the Trust's Quality Strategy, and national objectives in relation to Quality Improvement. You will be supported to develop Quality Improvement knowledge and skills, and apply these into practice; using data to measure improvement and support clinical teams to lead change at the front line, and across corporate teams. The post will support your personal and professional development through a number of leadership activities, both internally and externally.We are seeking individuals who meet the essential criteria and who are energised by quality improvement, inspired to lead change, motivated by testing change ideas, 'listening in order to improve' and 'putting patients at the heart of everything we do.' You will be directly supported by the Trust Lead for Quality Improvement, with regular mentorship by members of the Executive team. This post offers you the opportunity to be part of system working and change outside of normal clinical commitments, and enables you to apply this knowledge when you return to your substantive or training post.
