The aim of this post is to work with regional EMLeaders faculty to expand the RCEM EMLeaders project into everyday education and training within our region and ultimately the skills learnt by both trainees and trainers to become standard practice in how we lead and manage our work and our departments.The project is regional as it covers all Emergency Departments (EDs) in Yorkshire and the Humber region. The idea is to build relationships in each of the local departments so that local trainees and trainers can learn from the excellent EMLeaders content and then apply local relevance to make the learning more applicable and meaningful. This in turn will make the content taught more regularly and therefore more likely to be embedded in behaviours.
