This post will support the scoping and development of newand innovative ways to implement research and qualityimprovement training for Early career pharmacists. Thepost will be based within the School of Pharmacy andMedicines Optimisation within HEE and will have stronglinks to all employers of early career pharmacists acrossthe north of England. In addition, the post holder willdevelop close links to professional bodies and educationproviders across the UK. The post will enable the successfulcandidate to develop leadership skills and learn aboutmodern and innovative education methods. The fellow willdo most of their work in a HEE office which is convenient tothem but they must be willing to travel to employers acrossthe north of England.
