Applications are invited from candidates wishing to undertake sub-specialty training in Interventional Neuroradiology .
Please note:- Due to a change in HEE policy for advertising Interventional Neuroradiology Sub-specialty training posts, and to ensure parity with other Interventional Neuroradiology Sub-specialty training posts currently advertised Nationally, these posts will be allocated to current HEEYH Clinical Radiology trainees initially, any remaining posts will then be recruited using this vacancy. All applicants whether current HEEYH Clinical Radiology trainees or applicants from elsewhere must ensure they complete and submit their application to this vacancy to be considered for the advertised posts.
This post offers a unique opportunity to obtain comprehensive training in interventional neuroradiology (INR). This is part of the Yorkshire & Humber School of Radiology and will be coordinated by the Training leads for IR in Yorkshire and the Humber.
The ST4/5-6 Interventional Neuroradiology posts will be part of the Yorkshire School of Radiology and will comprise of 1 or 3 years of training (dependent on whether entering at ST4 or ST6) in one of the following training schemes:
East: Hull University Teaching Hospital
The Interventional Radiology (IR) sub-specialty training programmes have RCR approval and are designed to fulfil the RCR training requirements for a Consultant Interventional Neuroradiologist as outlined in the sub-specialty training curriculum for and are in line with the 2021 Interventional Radiology curriculum.
Training in Interventional Radiology will comply with the standards specified in the Royal College of Radiologists 2015 curriculum in interventional radiology.

Shortlisting will take place following the completion of longlisting. Where possible we aim to give applicants at least one week's notice to attend an interview. However, unforseen delays in shortlisting mean this is not always possible.
