This audit presentation and it's findings are significant. It should alert everyone to alter their practices that where patients cannot be offered a reasonable chance of survival to discharge they should at least be offered the chance of a dignified death.

Very interesting, educative audit. The result of this audit should make us doctors think carefully when to and not to escalate treatment of a patient and when to and not to resuscitate patients. Good work Dr Jones.
