A dry subject, but an important one made entertaining and delivered well, with some real insights imparted by the presenter.

Very clear and structured presentation of a topic that can be quite confusing. Stefan demystified the whole issue and gave us hands-on advice in case we ever have to face writing a witness statement.

Useful summary of preparing ourselver to tackle a claim made against our conduct of medical service and once a claim has been made to write the best witness statement. Also emphasised on possible areas of weakness (including appropriate record keeping and effective and honest communication with patients and relatives) which can be hunted by lawyers. Thank you.

An interesting look at a topic I had (thankfully) not had to consider before. Some useful pointers for the future if I ever find myself having to write a witness statement. Thanks
