A unique opportunity exists for a Leadership Fellow todevelop and work on a system wide project to support theleadership and medical (obstetric, neonatal and maternalmedicine) engagement across the West Yorkshire andHarrogate Local Maternity System. Aligned to the NationalMaternity Transformation programme the LeadershipFellow will be involved in supporting maternitytransformation and perinatal safety throughout WestYorkshire and Harrogate. Maternity transformation is one ofthe priority areas for the West Yorkshire and HarrogateHealth and Care Partnership and the Local Workforce ActionBoard (LWAB) is working with the LMS to ensure that ourworkforce are supported and empowered to deliver ouraction plan.
