Associate Specialist in General Surgery

Associate Specialist

I am an Associate Specialist in General Surgery, with special interests and teaching experience in quality theory, statistical process control, process redesign, clinical leadership, decision-making, human factors, innovation, interview skills training (for consultants and junior doctors) and clinical excellence award application support. I run a commercial course on the last two, specialising in unique one-to-one training (www.successatmedicalinterviews.co.uk). Due to my links with BAPIO I also have a special interest in discrimination issues in healthcare; my blog at successinhealthcare.blogspot.co.uk gives you a flavour of my thinking.
