DA Trainer Curriculum.
Aims:
To ensure all Trainers have the knowledge skills and attitudes required to provide trainee centred training to support all trainees to meet their full potential.
Ensure understanding of the reasons that some trainees need additional support and interventions and what these are.
Ensure Trainers are able to identify and pro-actively manage trainee’s needs early in their training.
