Educational Supervision.

Roles and Responsibilities

Definitions of the following roles can be found on the ISCP website:

• Assigned Educational Supervisor
• Clinical Supervisor
• Assessor

Your AES and CS will be allocated to you by your Trust. This should be detailed in your Work Schedule that you received before commencing your post.

Training Programme Directors

You will be assigned a Training Programme Director depending on your rotational training placement as follows. Please see the table on the Core Surgery homepage to find the TPD for your placement.

All trainees should register with their current programme director (as indicated above) on the ISCP website within one month of taking up their post.

It is also mandatory to complete and return the Programme Director's supporting statement downloadable below.
