The long-term value of the PG Dip/MSc Child health Study
The research aims to study the usefulness of the PG Dip/ MSc Child Health - that is a compulsory part of Level-2 Paediatric training in Yorkshire & Humber - by assessing how senior trainees, consultants and career grade paediatricians feel the course helps them in their professional practice. Click here for more information.
We will greatly appreciate if you complete the survey!
A great opportunity to contribute towards reducing IVH in preterm babies in Yorkshire - for Level 3 (ST6-8 Trainees)
Please consider completing the following survey which forms part of Dr Aesha Mohammedi's MSc Child Health at the University of Leeds. They would like to know the opinions of Paediatric health professionals regarding various interventions aimed at reducing Intraventricular haemorrhage (IVH) in very low birth weight preterm neonates.
Responses will be used to help finalise a ‘care bundle’ to reduce IVH rates in preterm babies in Leeds. Please follow this link to access the survey: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/RYB8VYW
For each of the following interventions, we would like you to describe how strong the published evidence base is for that particular intervention to reduce IVH in preterm neonates.
e.g. Strong evidence = a large RCT or systematic review or metanalyses.
Some evidence = cohort, case-control, cross-sectional or case reports.
National Education and Training Survey (NETS)
Every year thousands of multi-professional learners undertake clinical placements. For HEE, the quality of teaching, learning and assessments in work-based placements lies at the heart of its responsibility in the NHS.
National Education and Training Survey (NETS) will enable us to reach a wider range of clinical learners, identify good practice and ensure improvements in educational quality.
NETS will run between 11 November and 6 December 2019.
If you would like more information about NETS and to complete the NETS survey please click here.
