Leeds Training Programme in Clinical Immunology

The Department of Clinical Immunology and Allergy, based at St James’ University Hospital, is one of the largest in the country and provides clinical and diagnostic immunology services to Leeds, West Yorkshire and beyond.  The clinical service is divided into several key areas, which cover all aspects of clinical immunology curriculum and includes: primary and secondary immunodeficiencies, allergy, systemic autoimmune and autoinflammatory conditions and diagnostic laboratory.

The department also has close links with the paediatric immunology service which is provided from the Leeds children Hospital.

The department is actively involved in translational research and closely linked with the academic unit of clinical immunology at University of Leeds. Opportunities to be involved in research are available throughout the training programme

Applicants interested in visiting the departments are welcome to contact us.
