This page details plans for the ARCP panels for Radiology East trainees.

If you have any queries about the ARCP process or when your next ARCP should take place, contact Dr Helbren or Dr Shrivastava in the first instance. We recommend you also discuss your Kaizen portfolio and evidence of training progression with your Educational Supervisor on a regular basis and especially in good time for your ARCP. Any trainees needing support or advice about Kaizen should first visit the College website or contact the College.

Trainees will be asked to complete a Form R(B) in advance of their ARCP. This should be emailed to the School of Radiology mailbox, in addition to uploading to your ePortfolio.

Annual panel - 9th July 2020

The annual panel date for East trainees is Tuesday, 9th July 2020. All East trainees are asked to note this date in their diary. But please note that the panel will be held at Castle Hill Hospital this year, not the HEE Hull office nor Hull Royal Infirmary due to unavailability of rooms. Formal confirmation will be sent by email in early May.

Trainees are recommended to work towards ensuring that all their ARCP preparations are completed by mid-June where possible. Additionally trainees should ensure their Form R(B) is added to their portfolio and emailed to the School of Radiology mailbox by Tuesday 25th June.

Trainees who are due to CCT this summer (i.e. before the end of this training year) should note that Dr Helbren may arrange a panel before 9th July to ensure you have sufficient time to complete your CCT paperwork with the College. Arrangements for this panel are currently being made and we will contact you as soon as this is finalised.

As in previous years, ad hoc panels will be arranged as required for specific trainee circumstances and they will be advised via their Educational Supervisor and / or TPD.
