Health Education England (HEE) is responsible for planning and supporting the development of the future workforce. We would like you to help us illustrate general practice - who works in the team, the patients that visit your surgery and the role in the community.
We are running a photo challenge open to anyone who works in primary care. We would like to create a book of photographs – an otherwise unseen snapshot of life in 2016 about your working life, capturing the realities, rewards and emotions of a typical day. You can be as creative as you like and remember that the whole team, including support staff are included. We are mindful of patient confidentiality and respect that this may not be a project that will suit everyone.
There are a few rules and we’ve written some guidance to help you submit your pictures in a high quality format. We would like to display and use as many of your examples in our marketing materials as we can and we hope to produce an online book of the best entries for people to enjoy and share.
Representatives from HEE, the National Association of Primary Care (NAPC), the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP), Allied Health Professions and The Royal College of Nursing (RCN) will be on the selection panel.
